How do I book a consultation?: Use the online booking calendar to choose a date and time. You will get a confirmation with payment details and a meeting link.
What payment methods do you accept?: Payment details are sent after you book. Bank transfer and other common methods are accepted.
Can I reschedule or cancel?: Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Just get in touch.
Do you offer refunds?: Consultations are non-refundable once completed, but rescheduling is always possible beforehand.
What if I am not sure which service I need?: Start with an Initial Consultation. We will look at your situation together and work out the right next step.
Are there discounts for multiple services?: Yes, package discounts are available for clients using more than one service. Ask about your needs.
